River Islands Trip

Location:
Rosario, Argentina

Eco-Tour

By Shawn O'Bryant

A trip to the river islands is a must when staying in Rosario and the isolated beaches, swimming holes and interesting locals provide a perfect break from the business of the city.

Probably the best way to check out the islands is to head north of downtown toward Florida. Here you find the impressive Rosario Victoria bridge that stretches for over 60 kilometers and spans the maze of islands, swamplands and rivers, which separate the provinces of Santa Fe and Entre Rios. In front of the bridge you can find many boats to take you to the islands.
