Just half a block from Plaza Independencia, this hostel is worth checking for location alone. Add in clean rooms and bathrooms, a friendly staff and competitive prices, and this should be among the first lodging options in town for backpackers and the budget savvy. This hostel tends to have a more communal feel than other options in town, which can make for a great place to meet other travelers – as well as a more raucous atmosphere.
