A trekking and horseback riding outfit that’s been operating since 1992, El Rincon offers half- and full-day horse riding and hiking excursions into the Valle de los Portrerillos. The horses are well-trained, making this a suitable option for beginners and experienced alike, and the guides are extremely knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the area (and they’re bilingual to boot!).
