Locoto is new, small, and hip enough that it wouldn’t be out of place in a stylish Buenos Aires neighborhood. The cozy indoor dining room is nicely decorated with large paintings, setting the stage to try chef and owner Pablo Passarino’s rotating menu of heavily spiced meat dishes and various pastas. Outside, a grill sits at the center of a massive patio, where the asador grills chicken and several cuts of beef. The patio is a bit noisy from the traffic on the nearby avenues, but a bamboo fence gives it a sense of privacy that makes the noise disappear. Monday - Sunday, noon - 4 p.m., 8 p.m. - close.
