As a tourist hub, Puerto Iguazú, Argentina is not short of hotels, ranging from the outrageously luxurious to the downright grotty, and everything in between. Although a hugely popular destination with big-buck tourists, competition ensures prices are kept to a sensible level, with rooms to suit all budgets. Standards vary, but most are clean, reasonably priced, and have laundry, pools, excursions and other services. Many inexpensive hostels and residenciales are within a few square blocks of the bus station. Check along Avenida Córdoba (especially north of the bus station), Guaranà and Misiones. There are also campgrounds in Puerto Iguazú, Argentina, if you are looking for something a little more simple.

Currently enjoying exploring South America with my boyfriend and explaining to every bus driver we meet why we only have one bike...
