Kelo doesn’t offer a thing under the scorching Misionero sun for the vegetarian. This is a true carnivore’s Eden. To begin, choose a side dish to accompany the espadines (rapier-like spits) and boards of meat the waiters will bring to your table. This is your chance to try the traditional cuts of the Argentine parrilla. All parts of vaca (including mollejas, or glands), pork and galeto (chicken barbecued with sweet red peppers, onions and smoked ham) are presented. For one price, you’ll be going all-hog (or, in this case, all-cow) in this bacchanal. Open daily noon-3 p.m., Monday-Saturday 9 ap.m.-1 a.m.
