Residencial Illia is budget accommodation that is a bit nondescript, but isn't too dodgy. To find the reception, head to the back of the hallway and up the stairs following the little red arrows. Rooms are definitely small and most of the hotel has the permanent cigarette stench of smoking employees and smoking inhabitants. Add $1.50 to the price for air-conditioned rooms. A cheap central option.
