Buses arrive from all over the country at the Terminal de Ómnibus (Santa Fe and Cafferata, Tel.#0341-437-3030, www.terminalrosario.com.ar) which is located about four kilometers from the center of town. Local "collectivos" or city buses marked "Centro" or "Plaza Sarmiento" run downtown and will drop you off at Plaza Sarmiento, which is the local bus hub. From here everything is pretty accessible on foot, including lodging and the riverfront.
