When to Go
According to locals and travelers alike anytime is a good time to visit Rosario. The Argentine summer is definitely best for a sprawl on the beach or a dip in the river. Summer vacation for Porteños sees a definite upswing in tourist activities and the clubs and beaches can get packed. However, temperatures are always welcoming with a high of 24 degrees Celsius and a low of 11. Anytime Buenos Aires seems stifling Rosario is an easy access escape and really an excellent option.
