Café Victoria (Pte. Roca and San Lorenzo; Tel.# 03415280101) serves up local dishes, sandwiches, pizzas and specialty fish dishes. It is a popular place with the locals and has a nice plaza-like patio in the center of the restaurant for open air dining. Good coffee and breakfast can also be found with complimentary WiFi internet access. Later in the evening the establishment turns into a hopping bar scene. Coffee costs $1, a pasta dish is $5, and a main dish is about $7. A good mixed drink in the evening will cost you $3.50.
