If you are in the Florida neighborhood a good option is Ron Jon Club (Colombres 1905; Tel. #03414535898), its only fault is that it is a bit poserish and tries really hard to be a “surf bar” in a city with no waves. However the food is good and you can find Burritos or Fajitas for $5. The also offer plenty of other types of food and in the nighttime the place turns into a club where you can get a liter of beer for $3 or a good mixed drink for $3.50.
