The center, Recolleta and the San MartÃn walking mall are all accessible on foot from the bus station and each other. To head towards the beaches north of town take bus number 16 from Calle Rivadavia, it will take you all along the river and you can get off where you please. To get to the other side of the river and to the beach clubs of Costa Este across the bridge take bus number 2 from Calle 9 de Julio.
