Horseback Riding - Horseback Riding Esteros Del Iberá - Argentina

Another way to explore the Esteros del Iberá near Colonia Carlos Pellegrini is on horseback. Two-hour cabalgatas traverse the marshy shores of Laguna Iberá, where you can catch the lagoon’s diverse wildlife in action. Other excursions go to ranches in the area where you can see gauchos working, and even learn the ropes of their trade. Often these trips into the countryside include an asado or a simple mateada (a snack accompanied by yerba mate).
