Gaiman is famous for its numerous Welsh teahouses, which, in addition to tea, serve up sandwiches and scones, as well as a variety of delicious cakes and other sweets to sink your teeth into. Teahouses generally open around 3 p.m., and it is recommended that you either skip lunch and go early, or go later and skip dinner, to make room for this indulgent meal. Of course, one cannot live on tea and cake alone, and there are several restaurants in town that offer good old standbys like pizza and pasta.
