Puerto San Julián offers a world of seaside activities. Along 50 kilometers (30 miles) of coast are beaches perfect for strolling, sunbathing or having a picnic. Several of those north of town are designated for fishing. The best place for tiburón gatopardo (sevengill shark) is out at Playa Los Instalados on PenÃnsula San Julián. Nature lovers and birdwatchers can spend the day out in Reserva Provincial PenÃnsula San Julián, hiking the Circuito Costero or taking a boat tour to Islas Cormorán and Justicia. BahÃa San Julián is a perfect place for canoeing, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing and boat tours. History buffs can check out the Nao Victoria and Museo Rosa Novak.
