Getting Around Puerto San Julián
An urbano, or city bus, goes down Avenida San Martín, past the bus terminal to Calle 9 de Julio ($0.60). A remis charges about $1.60 for in-town runs. The two local companies are Remis Patagonia (25 de Mayo 1050, Tel.: 45-2865 / 02966-1544-7408) and Remis Los Hermanos (Alberdi and Cabral, Tel.: 45-2427). There are no taxis, or any place to rent a car or bicycle. Bike parts and repairs are available at Bockelmann (Piedra Buena and Urquiza).
