From two ports on Magallanes Peninsula, boats sail to the foot of the ice floes that form at the feet of Perito Moreno and other glaciers before channeling into Lago Argentino. The Safari Náutico excursion, which leaves from Bajada los Sombres on the southern shore, plows through Brazo Rico, up Canal de los Témpanos to the edge of Glaciar Perito Moreno. The Todo Glaciares trip leaves from Puerto Punta Bandera on the north shore of the peninsula. This sails the Brazo Norte to BahÃa Onelli and Glaciar Upsala, the largest ice river in the park, and Glaciar Spegazzini, the tallest one at 130 meters (400 ft). On the other side of the bay is a hiking trail through Andean-Patagonian forest, offering views of Onelli, Bolados and Agassiz Glaciers. Getting There
