Rick's Café

Join in the all-you can-eat frenzy at Rick’s Café. Long established as the place to go for cheap eats, this place is frequented by backpackers and others looking for a good meal at a great price. Satiate your meat craving with the Argentine barbeque, which, for about $7.00, gets you all the steak, mutton, chicken, and sausage you can manage. Vegetarians won’t go hungry either—there are pasta dishes available, as well as a salad bar ($4.00). The atmosphere, though a bit rowdy at times, is generally festive and cheery. Keep in mind that meats are not of premium quality, but are still worth it for the price.

Rick's Café

Had two excellent meals here.

The 'eat as much as you want' option from the parilla (barbeque) can't be beat for value at 35 Ar$ for those that want to gorge themselves on good honest meat.

The equivalent at the salad bar was a welcome option for partner that wanted a break from a series of meat meals.

Get there early or late to avoid queuing. They also take credit cards, so no need to queue at cash machines beforehand.
