The Kalenshen complex offers seventeen rooms in the hotel, in addition to six little cottages for 2 to 4 people with mini kitchens and outdoor barbeques, which can make a cozy setting for a private retreat. The rooms, restaurant, reading rooms, and lobby are decorated with handmade wood furniture, giving the place a rustic feel. The only heated indoor pool in El Chalten is Kalenshen’s main draw, though there is an on-site restaurant, gym, internet, and opportunities to arrange for local tours and excursions.
