Panadería Lo de Haydée

The smell of fresh-baked bread wafts out the door of Panadería Lo de Haydée onto El Chaltén’s main street. Beyond the white and whole-grain, Haydée also makes six different flavors of empanadas, served hot out of the oven. For the sweet tooth, there are facturas, the delicious Danish pastries so common in Argentina, as well as cakes, pies and other delights. Get it to go or have your snack with a fresh-brewed coffee at one of the small tables. Open daily 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
