Bed and breakfast Casa de Grillos is ideally located for those looking to “get away from it all” while still enjoying the conveniences of town. Eight blocks from Avenida del Libertador, Casa de Grillos in situated in one of the only wooded areas in otherwise sparse El Calafate, and is close to Lake Argentino and Lake Nimez. Run by a couple who rents out four spare rooms in their own home, the B&B is small and intimate. Rooms are cozy, and two come with private bathrooms, while the other rooms share a common bathroom. There is also a comfortable common room with a library, TV, and Internet. A complete breakfast is included in the price.
