Situated at the base of Martial Glacier and tucked away in a tranquil forest on the bank of stream Buena Esperanza, this charming inn offers guests an intimate luxury experience in a peaceful Patagonian setting. Four swanky wood cabins, each one named for a different variety of Argentine wine, come complete with all the basic necessities, as well as romantic extras like a fireplace and private Jacuzzi. The six standard rooms (these named after Argentine sweets; there’s a dulce de leche room, among others), have private balconies and comfortable king size beds. The inn features a spa and clubhouse, a comfy guest lounge with a bar and free Internet, and a teahouse, where you can indulge on cakes, coffees, and other sweet treats. Cumbres del Martial is located seven kilometers outside of Ushuaia, and is a great retreat for honeymooners and other hopeless romantics.
