Just steps from the hustle and bustle of Avenida San Martín, stylish Hotel Lennox is the hippest place to sleep in Ushuaia. The lobby and communal areas of the hotel, which feature floor lighting and ground-to-ceiling mirrors, are modern and elegant. The rooms themselves are small and rather ordinary, but Jacuzzis in the bathrooms come in handy for warming up on cold Ushuaia days. Walls in the rooms are a bit thin; request a habitation overlooking the bay, and away from the noisy street. The view overlooking Beagle Channel from the third floor dining room is extraordinary; it’s recommended that you get up early at least once to watch the breathtaking sunrise over your morning coffee. The staff is professional and extremely friendly, and breakfast is included in the price.
