Practice normal safety precautions in Rosario but don't expect anything too dangerous. There is crime, but just like any city if you keep your head up, travel in pairs or groups and don't get too wasted and try to walk home alone you will be just fine. Watch out if you are attending a fütbol match as hooliganism is definitely practiced in full force and after game crowds often turn into rioters.
