Starting at one end of town and winding around the Cerro de Siete Colores to the other, this circuit affords spectacular views and an up-close look at the amazing rock formations of the mountain. Start on Gorriti and follow it until you reach the dirt road, which winds around the colorful, elaborate cemetery and into the mountains. Hikers, stick to the sides of the road, as it is not pedestrian-only. Stop in the tiny shop about three-quarters of the way through: its photos of the region and other destinations won’t disappoint. The walk ends with a final climb for a bird’s eye view of the valley and the town.
