For cheap regional food, El Portillo is the place to be. It’s just blocks from the plaza and serves local favorites like llama stew in a warm rustic ambiance. The heavy wood tables are decorated with colorful woven tablecloths and the friendly staff will make you feel right at home. In the evenings, live music makes it even more appealing.
