A restaurant/ peña, Fortunato Ramos is a favorite with locals for quick lunches or evening revelry. Stop by in the afternoon for creamy humitas and spicy empanadas, and head back in the evening for a little drinking and possibly some dancing. The menu is basic, but the food is great, and the atmosphere is all about having fun.
