Getting to and Away from Tilcara
The small but busy bus station is located on Belgrano, three blocks from Plaza Prado. Collectivos to most other towns in the province leave regularly and, often, all day. There are also a few long-distance companies with buses to Buenos Aires, Rosario, La Quiaca and other destinations. For the best prices and times, shop all windows before purchasing a ticket. The bus station provides luggage storage, has a few food stands and a waiting room.
