The next corner over from Colonial, Hotel Salta has an impressive spread complete with spa, heated swimming pool, gym and membership to the Salta Polo Club. Some of the rooms have splendid views of Cerro Bernardo and Iglesia San Francisco. And some don’t. Though the services and staff are exceptional, make sure you get what you pay for as some of the rooms aren’t as spiffy as one might hope for when staying at one of Salta’s best hotels. A few rooms are specially conditioned for people with physical disabilities.
