The masses come to Calixto for two main reasons. One, it has a prime location kitty-corner to Iglesia San Francisco, so you'll have great views from any of window seat. And two, there's an all-you-can-eat buffet that no gringo can shun. For $6, the buffet will leave you very satisfied on all kinds of local and international cuisine. If you choose to go a la carte, the local specialty of steak with bitter chocolate reduction sauce would be wise. The restaurant is open between 1000-0100 Monday through Sunday and mains cost $5-10.
