Getting to and away

Teniente Benjamín Matienzo International Airport is located 10 kilometers (6 mi) away from the center of town. Expect to shell out approximately $10 - 15 for a taxi there. There is a very nice and modern bus terminal (Tel: 0381-4222221), which includes a shopping center, restaurants, bars and a post office, eight blocks from Plaza Independencia at Brígado Terán 350. Buses run to all points of the country, leaving every half hour for Buenos Aires.
