The Museo de la Vid y El Vino, located at Güemes and Chacabuco, is not the most glamorous museum in Argentina. There is a collection of wine-related artifacts and photographs on display for those truly interested. Still, there are better ways to spend your time in town.

Visit the wineries (bodegas). Check out the archaeological museum. Visit the small villages and artisan workshops along Rutas Nacional 68 and 40. Go hiking in Quebrada de las Conchas and Quebrada de las Flechas.
