For an original, divine eating experience try Los Timo. Inés and Julio Timo have taken gourmet dining to another level. They have created a cozy, warm restaurant within their modern, classy home that is open on the weekends. Based on the European concept of an Open Door Restaurant, Inés uses her culinary mastery to create unique multi-course dinners. Julio is the maitre d’ and joyfully entertains guest. The dishes are a variety of tastes, ranging from all locations of the globe. The majority of the ingredients are from the property’s garden. The views from the dining and lounge area look out over Lago Nahuel Huapi and the Andes Mountains. Inés bases her creations on the amount of people being served so it is important to call ahead for a reservation. Check out their website ahead of time to find out menu choices.
