Cabañas Tunquelén is a great option for those that are traveling in a small group and looking for something more accommodating than a basic hotel room. The cabins are spacious, clean and have a nice view of Cerro Piltriquitrón. Prices are reasonable, especially with the maid service that is included. They are centrally located; two blocks from the plaza, bars, and restaurants. All cabins are equipped with kitchen ware, bedding and towels. Staff is nice but not as readily available as in a hotel.
