The accommodations in San Martín are numerous and varied. There is everything from the fancy, five-star resort to the basic, no-frills hostel. The majority of the locations in center of town tend to be of higher quality, whereas the lower-end of the spectrum is found on the outskirts. There is also a fair amount of camping areas in the region, especially near Lake Lácar. Prices for rooms tend to swing greatly, depending on the time of travel (slow season being between October – December and April – June). It is highly recommended to make reservations ahead of time during high season, especially during the months of January, February, July and August.
