El Bols贸n restaurants don鈥檛 vary too much in options or fanciness, but they do specialize in organic produce and Patagonian flavors. The majority of the dining options are located in the center of town, on the main thoroughfare. Dining opportunities, other than the YPF gas station, strictly abide to the restaurant hours of 1 to 4 and 8:30 to midnight. Other than Patagonian dishes and garden fresh ingredients, El Bols贸n is also known for its numerous breweries. Each beer company has its own unique flavors; some offer a restaurant with their beer, while others give you an entire campground to assist in enjoying their cervezas.
