Head South along Av. Argentina until it turns into Av. Coronel Olascoaga, where you'll eventually find an artificial beach created along the riverfront. When the weather is hot, you'll find locals and tourists alike enjoying a swim in the water. The water is also safe for fishing, and this is the perfect spot to catch some Patagonian trout. If you'd rather people-watch, there are plenty of cafes right across from the river, and if you're looking for more adventure, go just outside of the city to kayak or raft down the rivers with a local school such as Kanu Sur.
