Casa Verde Hostel - Hostel Trevelin - Argentina

For travelers on a budget, Casa Verde is a great deal in town with beautiful views of several mountains and nearby gardens. Casa Verde is a hostel run by a friendly Argentinian family from Rosario who built the hostel by hand from local cypress trees. A newer lodge is also available for visitors who don't want to stay in a dorm-like setting. During the peak summer season, Casa Verde is quite popular so make a reservation before you arrive. There is another hostel (www.lospollitoshostel.com.ar) just outside of Trevelín that is a little cheaper, but it is not nearly as nice.
