Ushuaia certainly does not suffer from a lack of tour operators. There are dozens of companies in town offering to take visitors biking in Tierra del Fuego National Park, cruising along the Beagle Channel, or trekking across glaciers. The tour operators are, for the most part, quite professional and nearly all of them have bilingual guides who greatly enhance travelers’ experiences. Many tour operators are also able to arrange boat, train and plane tickets, and they can also help set up more extravagant trips, like cruises to Antarctica.
