Boasting both Lake Titicaca and the Salt Flats, Bolivia’s tourism infrastructure is setup and more than ready for travelers. Whether it's outdoor adventure or city site-seeing, Bolivia provides it all, and all manners of doing it too. You can get around by boat or by jeep, have a translator or make it on your own. There are high-end options and budget deals, you just need to decide which you prefer. Many travelers choose to set up tours once they get to their destination. This is a less-expensive option, though also less-stable, as tours can fill up, or run on a schedule not fitting to yours. For this reason, many travelers choose to pre-arrange tours with companies that offer organized packages. To set it all up beforehand is a fairly simple task in Bolivia, as many tour companies provide online services which can be booked from home, or elsewhere on the road. You're best bet is to get online and search what it is you want to do, when you want to do it, and how you want it done; it's all out there. A hint of advice, check out Tucan Travel or GAP Adventures Worldwide, two of the leading organized tour companies that service South America.
