An excellent-value hostel, Carlos V is located in the heart of Potosí, near restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms are simple and basic, but the atmosphere is welcoming. Carlos V has a pleasant courtyard and tourist information desk. The hostel can sometimes be a little noisy due to its central location. There is a midnight curfew, so those looking for a party atmosphere may want to consider staying elsewhere.
