CBA is a non-profit organization, legally recognized by the Bolivian Ministry of Education by Supreme Resolution Nº 210761/92, issued on June 8, 1992. CBA's main objective is the Teaching of English as a Foreign Language, and it added Teaching of Spanish as a Second language in 1997. It considers Education as a means to serve the community and it also has a cultural exchange between Bolivia and the United States of America.
