Hostal Sucre is located in an attractive colonial building. There's a large courtyard filled with potted plants and seating areas and a smaller courtyard around back. The rooms are a little tired, but have an aged charm about them, and some come with beautiful antique furniture. The hostel has a computer at the front desk where guests can check their e-mails; the staff is usually more than happy to help you plan the rest of your journey. Hostal Sucre is popular with tour groups and is only a block and a half from the main plaza.
