Churrasquería "El Chaqueño"

Churrasquería El Chaqueño is the longest-running restaurant in Sucre for a Bolivian style BBQ. You can choose from among the typical variety of cuts such as churrasco, strip steak, chorizo, and fillet. The dishes come accompanied by potatoes and rice. On the drinks menu you’ll find an excellent selection of wine, beer and singani. This place gets packed on weekends – come early if you don’t want to wait. It’s a taxi ride out of the center, but well worth the trip. Open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 6 p.m.-11.30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 12 a.m.-11 p.m.
