This lovely little restaurant serves up good quality dishes in an intimate setting, less than a block from Plaza 25 de Mayo. There’s a good atmosphere here, with French music playing in the background and friendly service. On the menu you’ll find items such as a goat cheese salad, shellfish in garlic sauce, steak filled with Roquefort cheese, chicken with green curry and several trucha dishes. If you like things hot, as in spicy, try the curry musuman. There are a few pasta choices for non-meat eaters. La Taverne has a great wine list too. The restaurant is attached to the Alianze Francesa cultural centre.
