Salamandra - Restaurant Sucre - Bolivia

This intimate restaurant has nine tables set over two floors in a beautiful colonial building. It’s the place to come for fish in Sucre – they offer trucha, suburí and pejerrey dishes cooked in various styles. There’s also chicken, pork and beef including chateaubriand and medallions of pork and some pasta dishes, with a few veggie options. There are four booths downstairs or you can admire the carved wooden façade from the seating on the second floor. The service is professional and attentive and there’s a lovely atmosphere.
