One of the newer additions to the La Paz hostel scene, HI affiliated Onkel Inn has dorm beds and private rooms set over a couple of small floors. It’s full of new pine furniture and the beds come with thick orange duvets. There’s a kitchen you can use, lounge area with cable TV and free internet. There’s a bar with a happy hour but this hostel is considerably more relaxed than some of the bigger hostels in La Paz. The HI tourist agency is downstairs in the lobby. It’s conveniently located in the center of town.
