If getting off the beaten path is your thing, this award-winning operator is for you. Bolivian Journeys focuses on hiking and climbing and offers a number of different options away from the traditional tourist circuit. Trips offer good value for the money and uses good quality equipment. There are shorter hikes and climbs, through to multi-day events. Owner Marco will find a trip to suit your needs and ability level, and provides some of the best prices around for those traveling alone. Traveler Reviews of Bolivian Journeys

Worse agency in La Paz

Rating: 0%

We did their five day trek and climb of the Huayna Potosi starting July 9, 2008. Avoid this agency and his brother's agency, Club Andino Boliviano, at all cost. They had nothing for lunch, poor breakfast and dinner. We lost the guide on the second because he was not waiting for anybody. They made us pay every night for the campsite and refuges. Probably my worst experience in Bolivia.
