Viajes Planeta run trips in a big red open-top bus around the city centre, and to the Zona Sur and the other worldly landscape at Valle de la Luna. You get to see a lot of the city in a short time and the audio guide comes in seven languages. The bus leaves from Plaza Isabel Católica four times a day – the city centre tour at 8.30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; the Zona Sur tour at 10.30 p.m. and 2 p.m., and at 10.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Double check with the company if there’s been any chances with the schedule
