Step inside cozy gringo-owned Minuteman Pizza, and you momentarily forget you are in a freezing, isolated desert town in Bolivia. Offering tasty fresh-baked pizzas with interesting toppings, Minuteman is a great place to relax with a glass of wine or beer, meet fellow nomads, browse the book exchange, even dive into a rousing game of dominoes or cards. Top off your meal with a warm chocolate-chip cookie and a glass of milk, and Minuteman will almost certainly become one of your favorite joints in all of Bolivia. Breakfast is also on offer. Entrance to the restaurant is through the Toñito Hotel.
